My background is a fusion of systems engineering and 20+ years in search - from manually reverse-engineering algorithms in the pre-AI era to building automated publishing systems today. Most in this field think like marketers. I think like an engineer.
How I Think About SEO
SEO is system architecture, not a bag of tricks. I approach organic growth the way I was trained to approach complex systems at LETI: with clear specifications, measurable inputs and outputs, and systematic optimization.
Every SaaS company is a unique system. Your product, your ICP, your competitive landscape, your content velocity - these are all variables in an equation. My job is to solve that equation for maximum organic growth with minimum wasted effort.
